I am a Digital & Film Elopement & Wedding Photographer
I am the founder and creative director of MCP. I bring 35mm Film + Digital coverage, planning, warmth, passion, and much love, with 15 years of experience photographing weddings and elopements. My judgment-free expert guidance and atmosphere help me create meaningful relationships and ensure you have an authentic, genuine wedding day experience that speaks to YOU.
I am intentional and detail-oriented in my work, as much as I am carefree, easygoing, and fun with my couples. I balance my organic approach to photos candidly and journalistically and capture the details editorially. Your imagery will be filled with emotions and captured moments to last your lifetime.
I am a preferred photographer at The Historic Mission Inn, Riverside, CA., and have been for 8+ years. Destination and Intimate weddings are our favorites at the beautiful Mission Inn.
My photography travels take me throughout California, including Palm Springs and Joshua Tree in Orange County, San Diego County, Santa Barbara County, Mariposa County, Tulare County, Monterey County, San Luis Obispo County, and San Francisco County.
Road Trips are my jam if I can jump in my car and drive! No location is too far - I will travel to outside states such as Colorado, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon, Yellowstone, Seattle, and National Parks.
I am a Turkish coffee enthusiast, a maker, and a vegetable gardener. Archaeology resonates with me, but I prefer pre-loved wearables and thrifted items. Llamas and Ponies have me like 🫶🏼!

KRISTINE (SHE/HER)

Arizona Based
Kristine has been working as my second & lead photographer since 2012; together, we have been capturing weddings for over a decade. She moved to Arizona and now specializes in photographing elopements and intimate weddings in selected locations. Apart from her photography skills, she is also a gifted graphic designer with particular expertise in packaging designs. Kris's warm and approachable personality complements her keen observational skills. She can capture all the significant and trivial moments of your special day while showcasing the beauty of the surroundings. You can trust her to make you feel seen and beautiful through her lens.
Moreover, Kris loves spending time outdoors; if it were a healthy option, she would drink coffee all day. In her younger years, she aspired to become a Marine Biologist. Her cat's name is McGee.
CHLOE (SHE/HER)

Chloe has been on the team for three years; I took Chloe under my wing and mentored and trained her to elevate her photography skills for weddings. Her infectious, warm, and loving character was an exceptional addition to MCP. She will be your positive, good cheerleader for the entire day. While documenting with her laid-back and happy vibes, she will laugh with you all day. She specializes in catching a high volume of imagery highlighting the fun, candid moments of you and your guest enjoying your celebration.
She loves to travel and familiarize herself with new cultures. She genuinely brings positive vibes, full of love and happiness, to every moment and every person she meets. She also ensures she helps couples feel comfortable enjoying all their moments of happiness together.

MALIK (HE/HIM)

California Based
Malik started assisting me when he was 16. He is our youngest addition to the team and a talented creative who discovered his passion for vintage film at age 15. Since then, he has honed his photography and video production skills, and he's now joining our team to bring his unique perspective to our weddings. In addition to working with us, Malik also freelances and runs a business selling vintage men's clothing. He has a particular fondness for styling, editing, and traveling.
Please note that Mariela is the only team member who offers both Film and Digital packages. If you choose to work with another team member, your images will only be available in digital format.
