DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes, without hesitation, WE DO! We love to travel. Ask us where we're going next and save on travel costs if we are already in the area or vicinity of your wedding day. If not, travel costs will be figured into your packages, so you only have to worry about one total price. Our favorite state to travel to is Washington. Oregon, Montana, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Vegas, Arizona, and Wyoming

DO YOU OFFER PLANNING ASSISTANCE?

Of course! I’m here to help with location scouting and building your timeline to smooth the planning process.

I’m also happy to share vendor and accommodation recommendations or assist with permits.

That said, I don’t handle tasks like booking services, setting up decor, managing guests and vendors, or coordinating pickups on the day. If you’re looking for someone to manage those details, I know some amazing planners I can recommend!

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Of course! Let us know if your venue requires proof of vendor insurance.

WHAT DOES "UNLIMITED PHOTOS" MEAN?

It means all the good ones! Instead of capping the photo count at some random number, as some photographers do, we will edit and deliver every beautiful photo that meets our professional standards.

CAN WE CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR OUR VIDEO?

Unfortunately, no. Purchasing and legally licensing music is an essential element in filmmaking. Licensing and using popular and mainstream music requires a lot of work and licensing fees, ultimately costing a lot more.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR RESCHEDULE POLICY?

If your date is subject to change, please let us know ASAP. A $500 rescheduling fee will be added to your new date. If your new wedding date falls on a date that we are no longer available, we will send a trusted team member in place of us. In the unfortunate circumstance of a complete cancellation, retainers and any money already put toward travel costs are non-refundable.

  • I know that one package does not fit ALL. Your day is unique, and we understand your package needs to suit you. We work with each couple to build and customize their packages if our set packages do not fit.
